摘要: Abstract Electrooxidation of β-estradiol was investigated using a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by cyclic voltammetry (CV), and differential pulse (DPV). The statistical analysis the linear relationships between concentration peak current permits quantitation both CV DPV in range 4×10 −5 –10 −3 M with enough precision accuracy. A mechanism proposed about electrooxidation this substance. methods were applied to tablet form transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) drug. results statistically compared those official high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method differences found as insignificant.
