摘要: Abstract Photoluminescence of compounds that contain stoichiometric zirconium has been studied under vacuum ultraviolet excitation. The show emission peaking at 280–320 nm while the excitation spectra some bands in 130–190 nm region. is explained as Zr to O charge transfer transition. luminescence result and structural information classify into two groups. former group involves ZrP 2 7 , CaZr(PO 4 ) NaZr (PO 3 Ca ZrSi 12 9 SrZrSi which rather intense do not have any infinite Zr–O–Zr–O–3D chain or link their structure. latter CaZrO ZrSiO quite weak luminescence. Luminescence 1− x Mn Zr(PO also studied. By replacing a part with Mn, host weakens visible 540 nm appears. It claimed absorbed energy from occurs.
