摘要: In this study, polymeric microneedle patches were fabricated by stereolithography, a 3D printing technique, for the transdermal delivery of insulin. A biocompatible resin was photopolymerized to build pyramid and cone designs followed inkjet print coating insulin formulations. Trehalose, mannitol xylitol used as drug carriers with aim preserve integrity stability but also facilitate rapid release rates. Circular dichroism Raman analysis demonstrated that all maintained native form insulin, presenting best performance. Franz cell studies in vitro determination rates porcine skin. Insulin released rapidly within 30 min irrespectively design. proved an effective technology fabrication scalable patches.
