Influenza vaccination coverage among adults in Korea: 2008-2009 to 2011-2012 seasons.

摘要: The aim of this study was to examine seasonal and pandemic influenza vaccination coverage in adults from the 2008-2009 season 2011-2012 season, including post-pandemic seasons Korea. We collected data self-reported vaccine use Korean Community Health Survey. also information on socioeconomic status health behaviors subpopulations. tested for linear trends among investigate before after pandemic; multiple logistic regression analyses were performed identify predictors obtaining vaccination. results revealed a steady increase every subgroup during four consecutive seasons. highest rate (43.6%) occurred two years pandemic. Factors associated with receipt were: older age; lower education level; income; such as regular walking receiving check-up. Smoking drinking alcohol inversely Having chronic condition strong predictor receipt. Though rates high high-risk groups; disparities substantial; particularly young adults. Interventions are needed minimize gaps subgroups improve overall rates.
