摘要: In families of HLA-B27+ ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients, the occurrence secondary cases sacro-iliitis (SI) among B27+ first degree relatives is more than tenfold higher expected from population association AS with HLA-B27. Secondary SI also occur in HLA-B27- patients. We addressed question whether other genetic factors HLA-B27 played a role familial and B27- cases. To this we tested 24 marker systems including GM PI patients: 118 16 23 probands 74 6 14 probands.
