摘要: Publisher Summary Stromal cells are a cell type that supports the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. The formation stromal matrix is necessary during development before other lineages, such as cells, can begin their developmental pathways. This chapter focuses on early stages in B-lymphocyte pathway require bone marrow elements antigen independent. B-cell involves commitment pluripotent stem-cell to pathway. key issues pathway, illuminate potential mechanisms by which B-cells develop, also addressed. Moreover, signals derived from stroma influencing developments studied. A positive or negative influence cytokines discussed. Therefore, natural artificial mutations have given insight into regulation B development.
