摘要: Subject-specific modelling of Total Knee Arthroplasty could be an efficient method to preoperatively evaluate surgical options. In particular, the question necessity patellar resurfacing is still a debatable issue. The aim this work was validate numerical model using instrumented robotic knee simulator equipped with kinematic sensors. kinematics during loaded flexion were measured and compared values predicted by model. mean absolute difference between translations rotations respectively 1.4 mm 2.4 deg. This will later used for subject-specific predictions strain state after Arthroplasty.
