摘要: The ductility and plastic flow behavior of highly aligned nanotwinned copper produced by interrupted magnetron sputtering is investigated. Tensile tests were performed at various strain rates both room liquid nitrogen (77 K) temperatures. Higher strength are reported for all samples tested 77 K. observed inhomogeneous deformation shear band propagation discussed as functions the testing temperature, decreasing heat capacity 77 K low initial dislocation density, which leads to a yield peak.
