The structural properties of BaTiO3: TiO2: PMMA composite films at room temperature

摘要: Present works based on the performance of composite films Barium Titanate (BaTiO3) with Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) and Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) prepared by simple solution casting technique. Different wt. % compositions BaTiO3 have been selected to find out best optimized condition for further investigations. The structural properties carried at room temperature using X-ray crystallography (XRD). average crystallite size particles in has found be lies between ∼ 20 -70 nm. It that peak intensities increase increasing (RT). XRD analysis revealed addition TiO2 played a crucial role enhance crystalline nature temperature. Efforts made correlate results investigated pure its composites as observed other workers
