When it hits shoulder, patient faced with debilitating limitation terms motion, stability and quality life. GSD etiology pathology are unknown and, as result, therapeutic modalities remain unclear. The aim this paper to explore offer medical insight into possible etiologies, pathologies Disease shoulder. Methods: We explored PubMed/Medline for cases search involved all articles published from database inception until February 1, 2019. Only English were included. Demographics clinical information extrapolated reported analyzed deduce patterns infer conclusions. Results: 32 studies met our criteria, total 37 (n=37). Males predominated 21 (57%). Twelve (32%) younger than 18 years, (49%) aged between 65 years. Shoulder pain was predominant reporting symptom. humerus most common shoulder site affected (54%), followed scapula (35%) clavicle (30%). Almost half right (51%), left 16 (43%). Conservative treatment opted 17 (46%), while surgery performed 13 (35%). Good outcomes 28 (76%), death occurred twice (5%). Conclusion: Understanding demographics characteristics region will help formulating better interventions preventive health policies.
