摘要: Cholestasis, which affects phospholipid trafficking, therefore would be expected to alter canalicular membrane composition and fluidity, as well fatty acid of phospholipid. These alterations may affect transcytotic vesicle fusion cause variety cholestatic phenomena. The aim this study was determine the effect cholestasis on fusion. Sprague-Dawley rats with extrahepatic intrahepatic were prepared by bile duct ligation (6 hr or three days) phalloidin infusion (0.4 mg/kg body weight), respectively. Liposomes phosphatidylserine/phosphatidylcholine labeled octadecyl rhodamine B chloride. Fusion liposomes preparations from control induced addition calcium. degree evaluated measuring increase in fluorescence. Membrane content also analyzed. Rates liposomal membranes decreased compared controls. saturated/unsaturated saturated/polyunsaturated ratios increased phosphatidylcholine sphingomyelin rats. Cholesterol/phospholipid increased. Thus, presence cholestasis, a redistribution species within is associated Cholestasis likely decreases fluidity. regulation hepatocellular play an important role lipid transport.
