摘要: The interactions of pH (5.0, 6.0, and 7.0), temperature (19, 28, 37 degrees C), atmosphere (aerobic versus anaerobic) with NaCl (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5%) on the growth Salmonella typhimurium ATCC 14028 in defined glucose-mineral salts culture medium were evaluated. Response surface methodology was used to develop equations describing response S. environmental changes. an increasing concentration at any tested nonlinear. maximum predicted occur 0.5%, a 19 C, initial 7.0 under aerobic conditions. relative amounts 7.0, concentrations 0, 0.5, 5% be 99.2, 100.0, 98.8, 90.2, 73.5, 48.6, 15.6%, respectively. Anaerobic conditions repressed amount that conditions, effects additive low salt concentrations; however, higher levels anaerobiosis provided protection against NaCl.
