摘要: Abstract This paper is concerned with the problem of global robust asymptotic stability for delayed neural networks polytopic parameter uncertainties and time-varying delay. A delay-dependent parameter-dependent criterion equilibrium in face type presented by using a Lyapunov functional taking relationship between terms Leibniz–Newton formula into account. criterion, expressed as set linear matrix inequalities, requires no variable to be fixed entire uncertainty polytope, which produces less conservative result.
