摘要: 5′-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) is a pivotal regulator of endogenous defensive molecules in various pathological processes. The AMPK signaling regulates variety intracellular intermedial involved biological reactions, including glycogen metabolism, synthesis, and cardiac fibrosis, response to hypertrophic stimuli. Studies have revealed that the activation performs protective role cardiovascular diseases, whereas its function hypertrophy cardiomyopathy remains elusive poorly understood. In view current evidence AMPK, we introduce information as well some upstream activators AMPK. Next, discuss two important types involving RKAG2 cardiomyopathy, cardiomyopathy. Eventually, therapeutic research, genetic screening, conflicts, obstacles, challenges, potential directions are also highlighted this review, aimed at providing comprehensive understanding for readers.
