摘要: The inhibitory and stimulatory effects of somatostatin analogues on growth hormone secretion have been studied in the sheep. Plasma immunoreactive (GH) was stimulated by iv administration antilipolytic compound 3,5-dimethylpyrazole followed infusion (SRIF) into carotid artery. D-trp8-D-cys14-SRIF, des-AA1,2,4,5,12D-trp8-D-cys-14SRIF, SRIF-Wy 40793 were shown to cause a dose-dependent suppression plasma GH, significant rise (“rebound”) terminating infusion. In general, greater suppression, rebound. A correlation between rebound increase GH dose both SRIF des-AA1,2,4,5,12D-trp8-cys14-SRIF demonstrated (p <0.01 p <0.001, respectively). This analogue Wy-40793 showed significantly than did following 50% response <0.05, Although two be more potent <0.01), this sheep bioassay duration action not appear longer that native for any three analogues.
