摘要: For many patients with hematologic malignancies, allogeneic marrow transplantation offers either the best or only chance for cure, and this reason it has become a widely used form of therapy. However, procedure as currently employed limited effectiveness: die from complications procedure, in others disease recurs, despite transplantation. Further, considerable number whom would be indicated cannot receive treatment because they lack an appropriate donor. In chapter, current role malignant major problems which limit effectiveness are reviewed. Major emphasis will given to ways these being addressed might future.
