摘要: Onsager’s irreversible thermodynamics is used to perform a systematic deduction of the kinetic equations governing opening and collapse transient pores in spherical vesicles. We show that edge tension has be determined from initial stage pore relaxation final state vesicle membrane not completely relaxed, since surface pressure difference are about 25 % its value. also life-time controlled by solution viscosity driven leak-out drop.
