摘要: The single-site two-electron exchange amplitude Jsd between the Cu 4s and 3dx2−y2 states is found to be pairing mechanism of high-Tc overdoped cuprates. noninteracting part Hamiltonian spans copper 4s, oxygen O 2px 2py states. Within standard BCS treatment an explicit expression for momentum dependence gap Δp derived shown fit angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy data. basic thermodynamic electrodynamic properties model (specific heat C(T) London penetration depth λ(T)) are analytically derived. These directly applicable cuprates without complicating structural accessories (chains, double CuO2 planes etc). We advocate that underdoped same, as Tc displays smooth doping dependence. Thus, a long-standing puzzle in physics possibly solved.
