摘要: A microorganism which does not form substantial foams during aerobic cultivation and has an ability of producing erythritol is obtained by cultivating a having in liquid medium, removing microbial aggregate from the culture, collecting physical properties such that when fractionated with water water-insoluble solvent remains layer amount at least 20% or hydrophobicity 80% less further cultivation.
