摘要: An integrated electronic commerce (e-commerce) based construction industry bidding and project management system methods, including document distribution, supply chain automation on-line auctioning. In a pre-construction setting, the e-commerce method provides for user means participating competing in tasks using computerized telecommunications technologies. The methodologies help participants to achieve cost efficiencies performance enhancements that traditional prior art manual systems methods have not achieved. global setting present invention facilitates of real estate, development, building industries, architecture, engineering (AEC) phases, design, specification, research, bidding, financing, procurement, construction, maintenance.
