摘要: This fundamental work illustrates for the first time possibility of exhaustive extraction peptides using electromembrane (EME) under low system-current conditions (<50 μA). Bradykinin acetate, angiotensin II antipeptide, neurotensin, I trifluoroacetate, and leu-enkephalin were extracted from 600 μL 25 mM phosphate buffer (pH 3.5), through a supported liquid membrane (SLM) containing di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phosphate (DEHP) dissolved in an organic solvent, into acidified aqueous acceptor solution thin flat membrane-based EME device. Mass transfer across SLM was enhanced by complex formation with negatively charged DEHP. The composition voltage important factors influencing recoveries current system. 1-nonanol diluted 2-decanone (1:1 v/v) 15% (v/v) DEHP selected as suitable conditions. Interestingly, increasing volume 5 to 10 found be beneficial stable efficient EME. pH sample strongly affected process, 3.5 optimal. efficiency also dependent on composition, element extraction. When carried out min 15 V, less than 50 μA, model range 77-94%, RSD values 10%.
