摘要: An organopolysiloxane composed of tetrafuctional siloxane units SiO 2 and monofunctional R 3 0 .5 can be prepared by reacting an alkyl orthosilicate, e.g., ethyl silicate, or a partial hydrolysis product thereof oligomeric containing the in presence catalytic compound which is, different from conventional hydrogen chloride, selected group consisting sulfonic acid group-containing compounds, sulfuric p-toluene acid, phosphonitrile chloride.
