摘要: ABSTRACTThe aim of this paper is to determine the fatty acid profile diverse Andalusian extra-virgin olive oils from different protected designations origin (PDO). The available data for statistical multivariate analysis have been obtained gas chromatography (GC, used as classical reference analytical technique) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy : 1H-NMR 13C-NMR (in carbonyl, C-16 y aliphatic carbon regions). percentages acids approximated by above-mentioned chemical procedures are summarized using a treatment, which presents some weighted averages obtain closest one provided GC technique, with weights being inversely proportional measures calibration errors.
