摘要: Abstract During anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction most experienced knee surgeons site the tibial tunnel by reference to landmarks alone, without any apex and roof of intercondylar notch. Clearly in instances, a satisfactory siting this will be produced which avoid implant impingement. However, even hands surgeon using subjective method positioning, may placed too anteriorly, resulting impingement graft. This article describes new jig addresses problem placement with its attendant problems objectively position that is related femoral side joint.
