摘要: This chapter describes rheometers that are particularly advantageous for the generation of large, rapid, transient shear deformations in rheologi-cally complex materials. Such useful study time dependent structural changes and non-linear viscoelasticity. Sliding plate (plane Couette) flow is also when non-mechanical measurements, such as optical small-angle neutron scattering analyses, being made to monitor during shearing. Finally, this type instrument has been found studies wall slip shows promise effect pressure on rheological properties. The described here thus particular value evaluating materials molten plastics, elastomers, concentrated polymer solutions, asphalts, bread doughs other suspensions.
