摘要: Globular proteins have high packing densities as a result of residue side-chains in the core achieving tight, complementary packing. The internal is considered main determinant native protein structure. Based on this view, we present here method to predict sequences that are consistent with desired three-dimensional structure for de-novo design using an automata network.
