摘要: Terminological interference occurs in requirements engineering when stakeholders vary the concepts they use to understand a problem domain, and terms describe those concepts. This paper investigates of Kelly's Repertory Grid Technique (RGT) explore stakeholders' varying interpretations labels attached softgoals goal model.
