摘要: A personalized integrated telecommunications management system is described; it composed of both graphical and audio interfaces to a number telecommunication utilities. This approach utilizes general purpose computer with color display speech-processing board function as conversational answering machine, voice or text electronic mail terminal, on-line telephone directory repertory dialing.
