Acute compartment syndrome of the arm after minor trauma in a patient with optimal range of oral anticoagulant therapy: a case report.

摘要: Compartment syndrome of the arm is a rare event that can be subsequent to trauma or other pathological and physical conditions. At thin elastic fascia may allow accumulation blood more than in districts, especially patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy. We describe case an acute compartment after minor with partial biceps brachii rupture patient warfarin therapy optimal value INR. Prompt diagnosis surgical decompression helped avoid occurrence complications satisfying recovery function.
