摘要: The visible and near-infrared spectra of bruised intact spots on Jonagold apples were acquired from 400 to 1700 nm with spectrophotometers. Multiplicative scatter correction (MSC) Norris' first derivative applied pre-process the spectra. Afterwards, partial least squares (PLS) analysis was performed processed spectral data. In terms total classification accuracy, data better than MSC A accuracy more 90% could be achieved. This research shows that near infrared spectroscopy has potential used for detecting bruises apples.
