摘要: Abstract To reveal the mechanism of 10H2DA inhibiting proliferation fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) RA patients. Cell proliferation, HDAC activity and histone acetylation level FLS cells treated with were detected by MTT assay, Colorimetric Activity Assay Western-blot. Different genes in from patients primary cultured 10H2DA. They then screened Human Transcriptome 1.0 ST microarrays verified real-time PCR. The results showed dose-dependent time-dependent decreases cell viability FLSs 10H2DA, induction H3 H4 at same time. 697 different identified HTA 1.0. expressions 7 target PI3K–AKT pathway decreased 4 cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction increased These imply that is a potential HDACI which inhibits pathway.
