摘要: It is becoming increasingly recognized that “classical” pharmacological receptor theory, operating with relatively few fundamental concept such as binding, stimulus generation, and stimulus-effect coupling not fully adequate in describing the behaviour of actual experimental systems /1/. Nor have recent advances molecular endocrinology, however important themselves, contributed to this particular problem since they mainly been concerned simplified biological at cellular or subcellular level.
