摘要: Third generation advanced high strength steels produced via quenching and partitioning (Q&P) treatment are receiving increased attention. A 0.25C–3Mn–1.5Si–0.023 Al steel was subjected to Q&P processing (with varying temperature time) resulting in the formation of complex multi-phase microstructures. The effect parameters on microstructure morphology microconstituents analyzed. Mechanical properties material its individual were studied tensile testing nanoindentation microconstituents, which identified a priori by electron back-scattered diffraction analysis. Special attention is paid retained austenite transformation stability. In situ tests digital image correlation analysis performed study deformation behavior processed at micro-scale with respect local microstructure. phases degree strain discussed.
