摘要: The knowledge of pediatric ACL injuries and their treatment has made significant progress over the last three decades. This evolution was initiated by advances orthopedic sports medicine pioneers in 1980s 1990s. At that time, most surgeons were confronted with a negative selection children chronic secondary soft-tissue damage. Therefore, specific surgical techniques successfully developed proved to be safe if used technically correct way. Nowadays, they are on larger scale, but due specificities, surgery remains nevertheless challenge. Surgery-related complications still do occur, although at an acceptably low frequency (<2 %). decade showed nonoperative may suitable for 30–50 % patients, whereas others develop rapidly injuries.
