摘要: Abstract We describe the potential impact of liquid crystal technology when integrated with VLSI memory to allow optical access, an approach currently under development within this laboratory. Such a technology, known as opto-RAM, may increase data rate and from electronic by at least two orders-of-magnitude compared all-electronic read/write.
