摘要: In most practical estimates of indoor pollutant exposures, it is common to assume that the uniformly and instantaneously mixed in space. It also commonly known this assumption simplistic, particularly for point sources, short-term or localized exposures. We report computational fluid dynamics (CFD) predictions mixing time a point-pulse release an unventilated mechanically isothermal room. aimed determine adequacy standard RANS two-equation ({kappa}-{var_epsilon}) turbulence model predict times under these conditions.
