摘要: Abstract The objective of this study was to evaluate enamel and dentin susceptibility toothbrushing abrasion, after bleaching with 7.5% hydrogen peroxide (HP) gel supplemented or not 0.5% calcium gluconate (Ca). Toothbrushing performed immediately 1 h bleaching, two suspensions (high low abrasivity). Bovine specimens were divided into 12 groups (n = 10) according the (with without Ca), slurry abrasivity low) elapsed time (immediately 1 h). As control, a group bleached, but abraded. treatment cycle (7 d) consisted (1 h) (135 strokes/day) immediatelly artificial saliva exposure. Surface roughness surface loss (μm) measured by profilometry analysed three-way ANOVA (5%). means significantly influenced (p Clinical relevance After application, postponing is recommended, as well brushing abrasive dentifrices. Additionally, supplementation calcium-based remineralizing agent potentially reduces tooth abrasion.
