摘要: Abstract Introduction Dentinogenic ghost cell tumor (DGCT) is an entity with about 60 cases reported in the literature. It a benign odontogenic tumor, despite being locally invasive and associated risk of local recurrence. Presentation case A 47-year-old woman presented 2-year-old expansive bone lesion. Radiologically, multilocular mass was identified left superior maxilla, compatible origin. She submitted to extended resection, histology consistent DGCT. Discussion Central DGCT affects mainly male patients between fourth sixth decades, predilection for posterior portion jaws. The symptoms are unspecific, vast percentage asymptomatic. Radiographically unilocular feature commonly found, unlike this case. recommended treatment resection due its high recurrence rate. Conclusion Due rarity, knowledge necessary better diagnostic therapeutic guidance.
