摘要: DiI-LDL (3,3'-dioctadecylindocarbocyanine-low density lipoprotein) has been extensively used in morphological and microscopic studies of receptor-mediated metabolism LDL many cell lines. To date the use this fluorescent probe a quantitative assay receptor activity not widely with multiple samples due to lack practical method for quantitatively recovering cell-associated DiI. Therefore, detection by 125I-labeled remained choice assaying rapidly reliably. In paper, we describe rapid, simple, nonradioactive using DiI-LDL. The increased sensitivity was achieved modifications labeling procedure extraction DiI from cells subsequent fluorescence determination. These did affect affinity toward HepG2 cells, easily adapted rapid screen modulators model.
