摘要: The electrochemical properties and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)-binding affinities of [Pt(bpy)(pip)]2+ (1) [Pt(bpy)(hpip)]2+ (2) in homogeneous solution were studied. These platinum(II) complexes have shown to interact with DNA via intercalation mode. For the cyclic voltammetry (CV) experiments, since 2 leads a larger decrease peak current more positive shift potential comparison analogous compound 1, it could be noted that exhibits higher intercalative binding affinity against DNA. effect ionic strength competitive studies presence ethidium bromide (EB) also investigated by CV. Electrochemical biosensor based on immobilization double-stranded (dsDNA) single-stranded (ssDNA) probe 1 onto electrochemically activated glassy carbon (GC) electrode was achieved. dsDNA ssDNA hybridization monitored differential pulse using as indicators. It found both platinum show evident signals for hybridized respect immobilized GC electrode. developed showed good selectivity analytical performance complementary target nucleotide limit detection 1.23 × 10−8 8.05 × 10−9 mol L−1 quantification 4.06 × 10−7 2.66 × 10−8 2, respectively.
