摘要: This research explored the Internet based phenomenon of eBay, an online auction house where goods are bought and sold in international market. The aim this was to reveal selected eBay traders’ underlying attitudes, specifically with respect issues surrounding notion trust. A qualitative methodology via case study technique approach used guide study. Nine traders from various countries, such as Australia, UK US were interviewed. experiences understandings shared through individual, semi-structured interviews. major finding uncovered by high level trust participants displayed towards other traders. may serve explain why has become one most successful auctions a short period time. also that there several factors influenced between trading partners. These included feedback system risk.
