摘要: Purpose: In this study we intend to evaluate the outcomes of patients with Rotaglide prosthesis implanted for osteoarthritis. Method: All reviewed had primary total knee arthroplasty in Cross-house hospital. The minimum follow up period was 5 years (range 5–8). Patients were assessed clinically and results standardised using Hospital Specialist Surgery (HSS) score. Standard radiographs taken AP lateral planes assess loosening. Case notes then examined evidence complications peri postoperative complications. Results: Sixty seven (73 knees) replacement osteoarthritis. 94% an excellent clinical outcome HSS scores 85 or more. average score 90.2. Two revised, one meniscal fracture dislocation. treated anti-biotics superficial wound infection. Conclusions: We feel offers a safe effective treatment osteoarthritis good at low level complications.
