摘要: Many important algae groups like diatoms, dinoflagellates and ‘kelp’ but also apicomplexan parasites evolved in secondary endosymbiosis. Here, a eukaryote-eukaryote endosymbiosis created chimeric cells, which eukaryotic symbiont was reduced to complex plastid. Although having lost nearly all of the compartments symbiont, tiny lumen representing remnant cytoplasm is still present most these organisms. This compartment, periplastidal shows different degrees reductions as two algal former nucleus minimized form, called nucleomorph, whereas others have genetic system completely. Thus, natural reduction cytoplasms can be studied terms evolution functionality, giving additionally advices for design synthetic compartments.
