摘要: Invasive arterial blood pressure (BP) is a vital sign in hemodynamic monitoring of trauma intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Continuous BP analysis can potentially provide additional information about patient status, predict morbidity and mortality, automatically populate electronic nurse charting systems than intermittent monitoring. Challenges to routine application the ICU include integration complex physiological data collection systems, artifacts, missing data, various clinical interventions that may temporarily corrupt signal. We have developed previously described SIMON (signal interpretation monitoring), system Trauma at Vanderbilt University. In order extract useful from continuous line monitoring, it necessary remove non-physiological artifacts. this setting, potential artifacts appear be caused by resonance, over-damping, transmission. designed simple filter identify sources using statistical signal processing techniques. implemented invasive signals 1852 patients throughout their length stay. After filtering, power measures hospital death was enhanced. Therefore, we concluded our strategy removing artifact simple, fast for an accurate assessment
