摘要: Abstract A new method for forming bilayer lipid membranes on solid substrates (s-BLMs) was recently developed by Tien and Salamon. They showed that s-BLMs could be used in practical applications the development of molecular electronic devices biosensors. Using electrostriction method, we have studied elasticity modulus perpendicular to membrane plane ( E ⊥ ), dynamic viscosity coefficient (η), electrical capacitance C ) potential (ΔΦ m formed from soybean phosphatidylcholine as a function length hydrocarbon chain solvent, cholesterol concentration d.c. voltage applied membrane. We found is one order magnitude less than conventional BLMs aqueous phase. Unlike BLMs, did not depend solvent or solution. The parameters , η complicated behaviour amplitude, polarity rate change voltage. In addition, are considerably more stable BLMs: their breakdown can reach 1.5 V. Significant differences between very probably due structure. model s-BLM structure compressibility explaining these presented.
