摘要: Abstract Galicia (NW Spain) is an ideal environment for mussel culture owing to its excellent natural conditions. It the first Spanish and European producer second worldwide after China. More than 50% of collected in used processing industry, which produces different products, as cooked that canned, frozen or food industry. In this paper a methodology based on Life Cycle Thinking has been applied plant. The combines Material Energy Flow Analysis (MEFA) BAT (Best Available Techniques) detect Improvable Flows (IF) process propose techniques enhance process. results obtained application will be improve performance also considered suitability being other plants sector.
