摘要: At the time of diagnosis, many patients with head and neck cancer have other medical conditions, referred to as comorbidity. These conditions may affect treatment prognosis. Several valid instruments are available capture individual comorbid ailments their prognostic impact. Inclusion comorbidity information will assist in analysis effectiveness, quality care assessment, outcomes studies based on observational studies.
