摘要: This study takes the first step in IT literature to examine role of time-based and strain-based work-life conflicts on turnover turnaway. Prior research (and work-family) typically examines it as a unidimensional construct. conflict multidimensional construct comprising conflicts. In this study, time strain (i.e. demands energy) are conceptualized resources. The Conservation Resources Theory is utilized develop two sets hypotheses relating turnaway intentions. tested sample professionals drawn from local professional association. results indicate that not related Strain-based conflicts, however, positively concludes with discussion pattern presents subsequent directions, which authors pursing.
