摘要: The sodium channel from adult rat brain consists of a high molecular weight alpha subunit associated with low subunits termed beta 1 and 2. Coexpression accelerates the macroscopic kinetics inactivation IIA, embryonic III, skeletal muscle SkM1 subunits. In addition, activation, as observed non-inactivating IIA mutant. Analysis effects on slowly inactivating III shows that both these may be result changes in modal gating behavior channels expressed Xenopus oocytes. Although modulates functional properties subunits, mRNA hybridizing to cDNA probe was only faintly detected RNA not at all brains. These results indicate can modify which it is normally associated, suggesting presence conserved domains for interactions between different channel.
