摘要: Summary The spontaneous and hypothalamically evoked discharge patterns of the preganglionic cervical sympathetic, splanchnic vagal nerves have been described discussed as potential indicators central “autonomic tone” in cat. Chlorpromazine diazepam, i.v. doses 0·3-3 mg/kg, generally reduced slightly impulse traffic sympathetic fibers, but markedly attenuated electrical activity nerves. Vagal efferent was more subtly affected by these two agents. Pentobarbital (3–10 mg/kg i.v.) depressed potentials In addition, it prevented poststimulatory inhibition observed
